The Role:

Our client is hiring an Outside Sales Representative. Responsibilities include:

• Attend prescheduled appointments to provide quotes and close deals.
• Develop and maintain meaningful relationships with existing clients for repeat business.
• Engage in self-lead generation opportunities.
• Generate and submit sales reports to management.
• Attend regularly scheduled team meetings and training opportunities.

Compensation:

• On-track earnings: $160K–$180K annually (includes a monthly draw)
• Top earners are clearing $250K+ per year
• Role is performance-based with strong commission incentives
• Benefits included (health, PTO, 401k, unlimited overtime)

We’re looking for candidates who:

• Must be based in Tampa, FL
• Have proven sales experience, preferably in service-based industries or relocation/logistics
• Experience managing a book of business
• Can build strong relationships and close high-ticket deals with professionalism and care
